Service Systems Engineer Job #2843 Akron/Canton, Ohio
Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
Local Akron/Canton area company is looking for a Service Systems Engineer to add to their staff.
Requirements:
•BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Programming or other related field and/or 2-3 years systems experience
•Services certification
•Previous knowledge of ATM software and testing
•Basic understanding of networking and TCP/IP communications helpful
Responsibilities Include:
•Testing and reviewing new and existing products and services
•Interface with third party product technical resources and coordination with service personnel
•Test terminal configurations.
•Services Level 2 customer support
•Troubleshoot RemoteLink installs
•Testing DR processes
•Clear and concise documentation for internal processes and procedures
Hours are 11 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday and can vary on Friday.
Full Drug Screen, Background Check, and Driving Records reports are required by client.
Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
