Shift: as needed. Communicates between ITS and user departments; acts as a project leader for large-scale assignments with minimal direction from management; gathers, investigates and analyzes user requirements for business processes and/or technical systems. Develops and maintains necessary documentation of systems, projects and/or processes to ensure unified understanding of system details.
1. Formal Education Required:
a. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or closely related field. Work experience may be substituted for up to 2 years of education requirement
2. Experience And Training Required:
a. Five (5) to seven (7) years experience in applications development and support to include 1 year of experience as a project leader with exposure to a variety of systems and applications

b. Ability to work well within a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback, supporting team goals and encouraging other team members both inside and outside the department.
