Develops methodologies to integrate the Company’s products into high-value solutions for customer environments. This position will require approximately 50% travel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support pre-sales & post-sales application activity and collaborate with the Company’s business partners in the integration of the company’s power generation equipment into systems for clients that provide added value.
  • Act as a key business partner and end-use customer liaison in project implementation, and work with the Company’s Service to help commission systems involving new applications or new business partners that require extra support.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Engineering and Engineering team members for new and improved products based on customer and partner field experience.
  • Perform Conceptual Approvals and Preliminary Design Reviews on selected projects to assure successful operation of the Company’s products.
  • Create educational material for our business partners and end-users in the form of application guides, whitepapers, and training presentations that clearly describe proper application of the company’s power generation products.
  • Review the accuracy of technical documentation produced in the customer service & marketing organizations in support of the Company’s power generation products.

  • Responsible for meeting department cost and staffing objectives in a timely manner and within current department financial constraints.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
Education and Experience Desired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Five to seven years hands on sustained success in application integration in the energy, power or associated industry.
