MAINTENANCE MANAGER - FOOD
is responsible for directing our facility and equipment maintenance activities.
You will lead the overall strategic design and direction of the maintenance program. Additionally, you will oversee the training of employees, setting of departmental performance goals, organization of PM work, and maintain a productive and motivated work force.
The person in this role is a leader within our company and is expected to inspire employees to greater levels of professionalism, quality, productivity and engagement with the team.

Our Ideal Candidate has this education and experience:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or related technical discipline)
5+ years of Maintenance Management experience in a food or beverage manufacturing plant.
5+ years of experience managing direct reports in a food or beverage manufacturing plant.
Proficient with AutoCAD, SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of factory automation including PLC and HMI programming, Network Configuration, and servo systems is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Boiler Operation, Ammonia Systems, Sanitary welding is also highly preferred.
Overview of this job:
Plan, direct and control the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain plant equipment and facilities as dictated by good engineering practices.
Manage our plant assets to execute an effective preventive maintenance program.
Ensure that all equipment and facility installations meet or exceed all regulatory standards.
Assure that production equipment is capable of producing within the specifications and tolerances established by the equipment manufacturer.
Work with internal groups (Engineering, Process Engineering, Production) regarding modifications of existing equipment to improve operations and reduce maintenance costs.
Maintain equipment and facility records and procedures (equipment manuals, schematic drawings, facility drawings.)
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives (i.e. 5S, Kaizen, lean tools, etc.)
