We Will Relocate For This Position to our offices in bustling Manhattan, NY office or coastal Westport, CT office. (Several openings - we also need Intermediate Energy Modelers as well as Intermediate to Sr Commissioning Engineers, so apply as well if you fit into these categories.)

We are an Architectural and Engineering Firm focused in providing Energy Efficiency Design and Construction Consultation Services. Our clientele includes major buildings, such as Hearst Building and Bank and New York Times Tower, US and Internationally (such as Shanghai Tower).

Due to our highly talented and dedicated team, our reputation has preceded us and we are in a unique position where our clients come to us. We have a number of current projects and a few more in the pipeline. Now what we need are key valuable team players.

The right person for this position will have not only an impressive background in Energy Modeling Design but also the ability to take the projects from our hands and manage the design work from delegation to team, communicating needs, and doing the actual work.

What You Need for This Position:
Extensive experience with Energy Simulation Modeling (DOE-2, EQuest or similar). This position is primarily a Energy Modeling position
Technical Project lead experience
Building system expertise - Commercial and Institutional
LEED a plus;
